I think this should be episode 01.

Why?
This episode starts with background context for the plot. It also has character introductions with name cards. The other (Aka) episode doesn’t have name cards. Ao manga was published 2021-12, almost a year before Aka 2022-08.

Both episode were release on the same day, and story wise, the read haired fall before the blue haired one.
So the red hair girl episode should be the 1st.
Although, since we don’t really got a calendar for the in-anime even, the start of the blue haired girl episode might start before the other girl episode.
But It’s probably pointless.
The official name don’t have number. They just got the hair color as a distinctive for each episode.
I agree that this should be the first episode and should be watched first.
According to AniDB (anidb.net/anime/19704), the episode number and titles are as follows:
1 Blue
2 Red
3 Purple
4 Black
If you check the source materials Blue was published first then followed by Red then Purple and Black.
If you check the tankoubon (nhentai.net/g/505352/), Blue is placed before Red.
Story-wise, it would be logical to watch/read Blue first because the characters are introduced (name card) there and being revealed that Koharu was already corrupted was the plot twist at the end of that episode. Watching Red first kinda spoiled that reveal.
It was Oceania who told anidb to change the order.
